Windows 10: error message 0xc0000022

error message appeared on my lap top . said to activate windows. when I do I get error messages. 0xc0000022 and another 0x80072EE7.

I keep getting the error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). I am currently running on Windows 10.
