    This problem has existed ever since I first installed Office 365 personal. There is a permanent flag on screen asking me to sign in. When I try to do so I am able to enter my account name and password and then receive the error message which also tells me that itappears that I am not connected to the internet - but I am!

    How can I sign in?

    Removal of error code Ox800704cf

    To who may assist,

    The error code Ox800704cf has appeared when trying to use mail in Outlook.

    Some information:

    1) Error started in approx. Aug/Sept 2017

    2) My computer is a Compaq PresarioCQ58

    3) My computer uses Windows 10

    Can anyone please help in removing this error code.

    Windows 10 error Ox800704cf erro

    After downloading Windows 10 and using it for a few weeks we get a message that wifi can only be used on the hotel in Miami. This was last January when the computer was first used.

    Now we have the Ox800704cf error which Microsoft does not fix.

    Can anyone tell me why this "oops" language means we are given the problem?

    We did fix the wifi connection but resent paying IT personnel each time errors occur in Windows 10.
