Windows 10: Error message "We couldnt sign you in. Please try again" stuck in a loop

Greetings!I am on a device and able to log in successfully. However, got a request to change my password. I usually do CTRL-ALT-DEL and click on 'Change a Password' However, I keep getting the error message "We couldn't Sign you in. Please try again.' in this case and am not sure why. A few of my colleagues are getting the same issue

Windows stuck on previous restoring loop
