Windows 10: Error on Startup

So, today when I started up my PC suddenly, there were around 4 error boxes saying EXEPLORER.EXE on the top and says The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested error. I was like what the heck then 2 more popped up then it stopped. I know that when Windows Explorer Process ends windows screen becomes black but it didnt. So, Im just wondering what happened I looked it up on youtube and its some sort of network driver error but Im not sure if it fixes the Promblem pls respomd also i was lauching google chrome and it wasnt like the computer was booting up it was when it opened up the user accounts and went to the desktop

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

Getting an app error on startup.

Hi,

To address your concern on startup application error, you can disable
7d67b.65e857 on startup. Follow these steps:

• Right-click on taskbar.
• Select Task Manager.
• Click Startup tab.
• Right-click 7d67b.65e857, and then choose Disable.
