    Hi,

    about two weeks ago Windows software got an update, after which my background changed to black color. When I went ahead to change my background back, Windows asked me, to insert an activation code, which I did, however it keeps telling me, the code is not valid, even though it´s being entered in a right way, both when I bought this computer and now. Originally it was a licence Windows 7 and upgraded to Windows 10. I have had this notebook for almost two years. Now I´m not able to use my notebook fully.

    just upgrade to windows 10 and getting this error code. Windows 7 was bought from an authorized dealer with genuine windows 7
