Windows 10: Error Something Went Wrong 0x801901f4 in Microsoft Store

I have a brand new laptop. I want to install Google Chrome, as the pre-installed MS Edge is blocking me from downloading any non approved MS apps plus some websites despite them being https. In order to do this I have to switch out of S mode, however when accessing MS Store to do this I get the error message 'Something Went Wrong 0x801901f4'. I have spent several hours trying every fix I can find posted online in the help forums including this one but nothing anyone suggests is working. In fact some of the fixes suggested I am not even able to try as for some reason my laptop doesn't have

Windows 10 error 0x801901f4

I have a very annoying problem with error 0x801901f4 and I am looking for other suggestions or solutions. It started with a Windows notification that there was a problem with my Microsoft account. Clicking on the notification to fix it, I get the message
to login but after trying I can't due to error 0x801901f4. Upon investigating the error, I discovered that it is commonly a problem with Windows Update or Windows Store.

I am running version 1809

I have an issue connecting my outlook account to my windows. Whenever i try to login i recive an error 0x801901f4. I tried out in mail , store, mostly all windows app. But cant connect. I tried all the solution listed in
