Windows 10: error something went wrong. Please try again later. 0x0070426

When go to windows store and try to reinstall Mail and Calendar this error pops up. Something went wrong. error 0x80070426

Do you have a fix so I can take of it myself or do you have a phone number that I can talk to a live person to take care of this issue. The issue started from my last download for windows 10. It started in the mail account saying my email account was out of date. When I clicked on fix now is when the errors started. Can anyone help me solve this issue.

I was getting the same error message that something went wrong and try again later. As suggested, I went to the Windows Update icon in the control panel and found that Windows 10 was still downloading. I imagine when this is complete I will be able to
go to the next step. I think the "next step" is showing prematurely and you have to wait for the download to finish.

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
