Windows 10: Error Source Control Manager Event ID 7000

My Event View is flooded with these errors and I don't know why, and I don't even know what the service does.





Code:

It's coming from the "Browser" service, which seems like a very vague name. Anyone know what could cause this event to happen? I've tried running sfc and dism already. sfc didn't find anything wrong and dism restore health completed successfully.

Dear Team,



We're using windows 10 enterprise edition 64bit but often getting bluescreen also unexpected restart without any reason.

We have tried to restage the machine but still the same error message. We have check Event viewer logs in the computer we found around 102890 within one hour Event ID : 7000 and Event ID: 26.



Event ID 7000 error code



The Blocki service failed to start due to the following error:

Event ID 26 error code



The description for Event ID 26 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on
the local computer.



If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.



The following information was included with the event:



\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Blocki.sys failed to load
