Windows 10: Error spam when calling vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceFormatsKHR

I'm working on a vulkan renderer and when I call the vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceFormatsKHR function with valid parameters, I get spammed by errors in Windows.Graphics.dll

The call:

uint32_t count{ 0 };

int const result = vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceFormatsKHR physDevice, surface, &count, nullptr ;


The spam: I have 10 times the same pattern:

- 10 times this line:

- Then one time this line:

And just before the 3rd repetition I got a few lines of exceptions:

At the end of my initialization sequence I'm able to use the device and continue the flow normally, it's just those 100+ lines of spam each time I start my program that bother me.

I also looked at my devices in the device manager and ran all the diagnostic tools in Windows settings but no error is reported.

Graphics device: Zotac NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

Vulkan SDK version: 1.2.165.0
