Windows 10: Error Status 0xc0000098 When Installing Windows

Hello,

I have finished building a PC and have been greeted by this message that I couldn't install windows. It's a brand new official Windows USB installation drive and I have a 500 GB SSD and 1 TB Hard drive. The File tab says: \windows\System32\drivers\tcpip.sys

The Status says: 0xc0000098

Info: The operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.

This is a new PC and any help would be much appreciated!

Windows 10 Pro installation, Status error code: 0xc0000098

Hello, im having this issue with my new pc im building in which inserting the Windows 10 Pro USB and beginning install i would get this error in which it would say it cannot load due to driver or errors.

Most likely due to a file

File: \windows\System32\drivers\sbp2port.sys

Status 0xc0000098

[this be the first time i had built a pc, but unable to install due to errors]

attempting 64 bit instantly goes to Black Screen with errors

and attempting 32 bit goes into windows install with loading circling dots, but eventually heads of to a similar Black Error Screen but with a different error code..,

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by
Teemo Tang on this
