Windows 10: error/ Stopcode: WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

Dears,

Please help.

I am getting a problem when I shutdown my device.

Getting a screen error for restarting the device automatically with this error msg:

STOPCODE: WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

Please help and advise how to solve this issue.

Stopcode WHEA uncorrectable error

Upgrading Windows 7 Pro 32 bit ( Windows 7 is running with no problems) to Windows 10 and received this error "WHEA uncorrectable error". Searched for a way of correcting this error. I found several post, but most are on receiving an error code, which
I did not. I found that memory, fans and possibly drivers could cause this error. I check the fans and all are operating normally, ran a stress test on memory and it checked out as good. Checked all drivers and found no updates.

Any help or suggestions on this error will be appreciated.

I get whea uncorrectable error immediately when i turn my pc on and it restart the pc to get the whea uncorrectable error again and again.

We really need more specific info on the error. Have you checked the Event Viewer to see if it is showing that error or something else about the same time as the other error?

I was getting a WHEA-Logging warning because of Bluetooth...

Maybe looking at Security and Maintenance in the Control Panel would have some archived messages.

The update stops at 35% and now I am not getting any message .
I have to manually restart and it try's continue the update it does not it restores Win. 7

For dumps to be produced. . .

? Page file must be on OS drive

*If manually set Page file base allocation size must be > than installed physical RAM

*Windows Error Reporting (WER) system service should be set to MANUAL

*PREFERRED>>>Set page file to system managed on the OS drive

*Set system crash/recovery options to "kernel Memory Dump"

*User account control must be running.

* Sometimes SSD drives with older firmware do not create DMPS (update firmware)

*Cleaner applications like Ccleaner delete DMP files so don't run them until you are fixed.

When I did get WHEA error the dump stayed at 0 %. I left it for an hour and it still did not increase from 0%. Now at 35% it stops and does not give an error. I have to manually restart and it try's to continue the update it does not it restores

It was missing from your list. I'd suggest trying to resolve the error before attempting an upgrade, since it's a hardware-based issue.

Since you are sure it's a hardware issue. I did a disk check from Win 7, Ran ram test, checked all fans. Windows 7 does not indicate any error with the CPU and nothing I have checked shows a problem.
