Windows 10: Error - System 32 Logi LDA.dll

My laptop after started up has an Error window - "There is a problem starting C/Windows/System 32 Logi LDA.dll The specified module could not be found." How do I fix this this and remove this error?

system 32 issues

I just had my laptop fixed for viruses and had to reload a software program.

Get DLL system 32 errors on startup ole32.dll, advap132.dll, shlwap132.dll so cannot open program
