Windows 10: Error the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00005

who knows what happened to my computer this month.some applications on my desktop cannot be opened then a message "The application was unable to start correctly 0xc00005".some of these applications such as battle.net is an application to play some games like overwatch and call of duty, the message also appears when I try to download an assignment file from my school.I tried to find solutions via the internet but none of these solutions worked for me.some say that the message appears because Windows Defender considers the file or application that I am trying to open is a virus so Windows Defender blocks the file and application.whether it's true or not I really need help!

P.S: sorry with my English, I'm still learning also this is the first time i'm posting here.

Hi there,

I have windows 10 installed and I have also installed the finale 2014 demo.

I am getting an error on launch of the application. It seems to be the only application that cannot run.

The error is:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

It seems to be an error with the C++ runtime. I have installed them but I have been unsuccessful.

l also contacted the company. Still waiting for a response although I don't think its an issue with the software.

Any help please?
