Windows 10: Error uninstalling update: KB5003173. Error: 0x800f0905

I have recently been forced to update and install KB5003173. This has unfortunately messed with several of my display, USB, motherboard, and other drivers to the point where I had to completely reset windows 10 back to the original install. I am even down one monitor now since the system wont recognize one of them yes it works, tried with another computer.At first, I kept my files and tried to manually uninstall this specific update via wusa /uninstall /kb:5003173 and got:"Installer encountered an error: 0x800f0905"Booting into safe mode with networking and doing the same thing gives me 0x80

Your error number is what you get if you have uninstalled Edge Chromium. This also suggests a fix.
PSA: KB5003173 installation fails if Chromium Edge has been removed

Ther may be other causes of course..

 

Who has seen this vista update error

When you go to Windows vista update and it tell you to update a driver that you have already updated. Then it says failed to update and gives you the error code that tell you that you already have a never version than that. WTF? Why in the world would it be trying to updated something with an older driver. Well the only way to get it out of your windows update list is to go uninstall what ever that driver is then run the update and install it. Then run the newer drivers again.

Well I still can't get the Nivida Network Bridge to disappear out of the list. I uninstall the one in device manager and go to the update and before it's even done with that. Vista is automatically installing a newer version than is in the Vista update list.......

I turned on updates.
There was a cumulative update for May.

I said download it, install it,
It restarted it was 90 percent, It gave me an error message when restarting "your computer could not be updated and took the update back."
I tried it 4 times, still same error.

I did some research.

Turn on the extra features in NET, one of the optional features.
There are suggestions from the services that start AppReadiness.
I opened them too, I got still the same error.
I have also looked at Microsoft, there are the same suggestions.

I do not use any 3rd app for antivirus, I use Windows Defender.

Do you have any suggestions to solve the problem? *Sad
