Windows 10: Error update 0x800736b3

Hi,

in those day i try to update my OS but i can't. My error code is 0x800736b3 when i this patch is on upadate: 2021-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems KB5001330. When the instalation complete shows up the error code 0x800736b3. I try to fix with some commands in cmd like this:

1. In the search box on the taskbar, type cmd.
   
2. Right-clickCommand Promptin the search results and select
   
3. Run as administrator. SelectYes, when prompted by the User Account Control.
4. In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter:
   SC config trustedinstaller start=auto
5. Restart the computer.

and this:

1. Press Windows+Xand then selectprograms and features.
   
2. On the left hand side click on the optionturn windows features on or off.
3. Check whether the “.NET Framework 3.5” has been checked or not.
4. If not check then I suggest you to check it and then install it.
5. Restart your computer and try installing the KB4074588 again.

but nothing change...

Any idea for this problem because i have some crashes in games and i guess the problem comes from this update.

Error 0x800736b3 when installing KB4074588

The 0x800736b3 appears to be linked to .NET Framework 3.5.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to check whether the .NET Framework 3.5 has been installed or not.

• Press Windows+X and then select programs and features.
• On the left hand side click on the option turn windows features on or off.
• Check whether the “.NET Framework 3.5” has been checked or not.
• If not check then I suggest you to check it and then install it.
• Restart your computer and try installing the KB4074588 again.

I have recurring this error while updating:

fixing the update database does not help

Error 0x800736b3 when installing KB4074588

I ran the command and restarted 3 times. I still see the update as "Awaiting restart" in the list.

Please note that the error is 0x800736b3 and not 0x80070bc2 as you wrote.
