Windows 10: Error updating from Windows 10 1903 to any other updated version

my laptop is still not updating to the latest 1909 version currently 1903. It reaches 70% and then says it has failed. I have tried through Windows updates to do this and I have created a USB / ISO and I still have the same problem when performing the update. I really don't want to do a full reinstall as there are programs for which I no longer have disks and I don't want to lose them.

You are doing this almost daily or every time Windows update starts. It starts to install, reaches 70% update, and then gives an error with no error code in order to find out what the problem is.

Then, roll back the installation, which takes about 20-30 minutes. that's why I lose a couple of hours a day.

There is no third party antivirus program and I have performed a full scan of the unit and found no errors.

I even tried SFC and DISM / online and found no errors.

Can anybody help me?

Windows 10 Update C1900101-30018 Error

Hello, I am trying to update from Windows 8 to Windows 10 directly from notifications but I am getting this error after the setup is completed. I am getting this error after: C1900101-30018 Error

Window 10, Version 1903 May Update

1. Why are all of the links that you listed not completed. On my computer currently it has Windows 10 Home Version 1803, installed 6/29/2018 with O.S. Build 17134.799. It has used space of 187 GB and 257 GB of free space.

I attempted to install Version 1903 Manually, through Settings/Windows Update, Windows 10 Update Assistant, and other ways without success. I have spent the better part of the past 3 days trying to get this accomplished on my laptop. It has worked on my
PC but not on the laptop.

Listed below are the different error messages that I get after the download stops each time at 90% and converts back to previous settings:

a. Windows 10, Version 1903 error message (0x80240034)

b. We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x800703fb)

c. We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0xC1900101 - 0x4000D)

d. Feature update to Windows 10, Version 1903, We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x80070652)

If there are ways to get this latest update installed on my laptop, please let me know what I have to do in detail, step by step.
