    Error updating windows 10, D:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt


    When I updated Windows 10, it ddint let me go into the desktop, instead it lead to the recover page and threw

    D:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

    None of the recovery options would let me fixed, i have no partition recovery set up, i dont have a previous image of the files and system.


    I have tried>

    Startup Repair: throws D:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

    Uninstall Updates: throws You have pending actions and we wont be able to uninstall the lastest quality update of Windows.

    Startup Settings: will only reset PC

    System Restore: No restore points have been created

    Comand Prompt:

    chkdsk/r/f D:

    chkdsk/r/f C:

    didnt help

    bootrec/fixboot >Acces denied

    C:

    cd c:\windows\system32\config\ >>> System cannot find the path

    Reset this PC: there was a problem resetting your PC

    System Image Recovery: there is no image


    And i need to keep my files, so if anyone is kind enough to help me thank you in advance.

    If you followed the directions at the link I gave you, you should have download the Media Creation Tool. You need to run that which will then download the files necessary to create a bootable USB flash drive or create a ISO file. It is not in any way bootable.

    Just click on

    at the link I gave you, save to your Desktop then run it.
