Windows 10: Error when trying to load the game Ark survival

I recently installed the game Ark Survival Evolved on epic games. Every time I try to open the game I get this error 0xc000007b. I tried to uninstall and reinstall both the launcher and the game and nothing helped. The launcher works just fine, it's only the game I am having a problem with. I have already talked to epic games and they said there is nothing they can do, so if anyone can please help me with this it would be much appreciated.

1. Xbox One Enhanced.
   

This particular version is only available on Xbox One. ARK:
Survival Evolved Xbox

1. Xbox Play Anywhere.
   

This version can be downloaded on Xbox as well as Windows PC. ARK: Survival
Evolved Anywhere.



Could you please confirm which of the above versions of ARK: Survival Evolved have you purchased?

Ark Survival Evolved

So on my Xbox One the update on Ark Survival Evolved says 793.36 but on the Microsoft Store Ark Survival Evolved it says 793.16, they are both updated but it stops me playing cross play, any reason why they aren't on the same update? Edit: So the game
updated but it is only 793.34 so I still can't cross play.

There are various reasons why you are unable to play Ark Survival. It is possible that your account settings are incorrectly set up or your account was banned or suspended from the game itself. To properly isolate your concern, please clarify the following
information:

• What is the exact error message when you tried to play the game?
• Are you still able to play other games online on the same PC?
• What exactly do you mean when you said that you played the game on an unofficial PC hosted for Xbox?

In the meantime, we recommend that you check your account status on our
Xbox Live Enforcement page. You may also reach out to the game developers and other game community members on the game's

community page to check if your in-game profile is banned from playing the game online.
