Windows 10: Error when trying to sign in Microsoft Store

I get an error message "Something went wrong” and a code: 0x801901f4 when trying to get to Microsoft Store. I haven’t changed anything in my system. Before everything was working fine. Can you help me?

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

creating a user account didn't help with the problem.

I've also tried the following:

• Create a non microsoft user account
• Sign out of Windows Store and Sign back in
• Sign out and Sign in as a different user
• Ran Cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1511 (Build 10586.63)
• Ran Troubleshooting for Windows Update (No errors)
• Ran Troubleshooting for BITS (No errors)
• Tried to put msconfig to Normal startup (but keeps reverting to selective)
• Tried App Updates On and Off in Windows Store setting

My Windows Store Version is still 2015.25.15.0, I click on check updates but nothing happens.
