Windows 10: Error while accessing Credit Card sites

Has Windows 10 recently made updates or changes that would have prevented me from getting into two different credit card company bill pay web sites, 1/26/20 Credit Card #1 I could not get into this credit card's online bill pay web site, I used the same laptop I've always used and I used Google Chrome which I have always used, an airplane icon appeared at the top of the screen I clicked it on it said "flash", I Googled "What does Google Chrome flash mean?", a list of steps were provided to enable flash, I enabled flash and was able to get into bill pay, I've always paid this bill without flash being enabled, 1/28/20 Credit Card #2 a message from the credit card company "We don't recognize this computer or you cleared cookies on your phone", I was using the same computer I've always used and I cleared no cookies, I called the credit card company, they gave me a temporary pass code and I changed my password and I got into bill pay, I called both credit card companies asking if they made updates or changes they said they did not, I called Google I asked if they made updates or changes they said they did not, and before I fixed Credit Card #2 they instructed me to go into another browser which I did Firefox and I still could not get into bill pay, therefore Google said it's not them since I couldn't get in with Firefox either, I called the manufacturer of my laptop asking if they made updates or changes they said they did not but if they had with what happened if it was due to updates or changes it would be Microsoft not them, this of course could be due to coincidence however two different credit card companies two days apart, it seems too coincidental to me, I am trying to get to the bottom of this as that what caused my not being able to get into two different credit card company bill pay sites only two days apart

Deleting a credit card

Hi Melonie,

If you are unable to remove the credit cards you've listed under Payments & Billing, try updating your payment method by following the steps indicated on this

link. If that didn't work, kindly retry removing your credit cards after 1-3 days.
