    Hello. I keep getting this issue whenever I attempt to sign into my Microsoft account, which states: There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later. It will prompt me to verify the account, then once i try to reset the password i get the error. It has been happening for almost a 2 weeks now, and I have to use this microsoft account which does not have my microsoft purchases and whenever I try to use something by Microsoft with the account with the error, it makes me sign in, therefore forcing the error onto me and it is pr

    Hi Microsoft,

    I am keen to resolve this issue as the answer provided does not resolve.

    As outlined above, I have followed Steps 1, 2, 3. When I get to Step 4, I select the Send a code to my phone option (Call ** ******47), I then insert the last four digits of the phone number as requested and I receive the following
    error:

    • There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.
    Can you please advise how I can resolve this issue to reset or recover the password such that we can log into Windows???

    Unfortunately this does not assist.

    There's a temporary problem with the service - Unable to login to Windows 10

    This did not work.

    I am STILL receiving the following error when attempting to reset:

    • There is a temporary problem with the service. Please try again.If you continue to get this message, try again later.

    The suggestions so far have not helped.
