Windows 10: Error while trying to redeem a minecraft gift code

Hello,


Ive bought a gift card to my son Minecraft for Win 10 on his account where in 1 family group. When he tries to enter the gift code the following error appears :


Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later.

- This is on Firefox, ive tried entering the code on Edge aswell with no succes.

- He's 11years old so above the min req

- Ive bought the code on my account and send it to his email on his account in microsoft family he's listed as part of my group and lives in thesame house


Any help would be appreciated.

After redeeming minecraft windows 10 gift code this happens.


If you are new member then you can try their gift code just after login to your account. I did that and it worked.
Or alternatively, you can find latest working coupon at giftcardspromocodes.com/minecraft-coupon-codes-free-premium-account-gift/ ,retailmenote.com and few other sites.
