Windows 10: error windows 11 cannot find ms-settings

    I recently updated Windows 10 to Windows 11. When I search for Settings, the Settings window briefly opens for a second then crashes to close. Initially, I would receive this message: error windows cannot find ms-settings. When I right-click to Display Settings, I receive this message: "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page."The Default Apps Settings page does not open when I search for it.     That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

    (Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

    Task Bar Icons missing and cannot launch ms-settings on Windows 11

    I started my system today and the icons on my task bar were all missing. The rounded conner of windows are now disabled, too. Besides, I can neither launch settings. I tried launching ms-settings: from win+R and got file system error(-2018374635)

    Tried:

    None of the above worked form my problem.

    Can I get some help?
