Windows 10: Error with Premium Access for Ultimate Word Games

Y'all --


I have a subscription to Ultimate Word Games, but when I play I get the ads at the bottom. When I click on "purchase," I get an error "already owned," but the ads stay there, and I don't get the "double bonus." I've uninstalled and installed a couple of times, which has no impact. Is there some way to reset my purchase or something so I can get this working?


The support is apparently all through Facebook, but I intentionally do no have a Facebook account.

Why wont the ultimate games open all it does is spin around and says there is a problem with the cloud

This happens a lot with the word games and I have paid for the premium
