Windows 10: Error with PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent in game Township

Good evening. I'm trying to buy a golden ticket in game Township, but I'm getting an error message: PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent. He says it's already been purchased, but it's not. I contacted the game's technical support, they can't do anything and send it to Microsoft technical support. I talked to Microsoft technical support on the phone, they send to the technical support of the game. It's a vicious circle. P.S. the game was reinstalled, and so was the system during this time. The other device has the same problem. Please help.

PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent - Cannot play Minecraft.

Hi,

I have owned minecraft for many years. Now, on this computer, Minecraft launcher says "Buy Now" instead of "Play". I attempted to purchase the game again, but wwas met with the error message: "PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent".

I'd love a resolution that doesnt require me buying the game I already own again

I understand that you get a PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent error after buying something from the Microsoft Store,which may occur when you try to install or update an application or game that you already own or have installed on another device. You can try these steps to resolve this error.

- Log out of your Microsoft account and log back in

- Check your order history to make sure you have successfully completed your purchase

If you are still having the same problem, try buying again by changing your account and logging into the Microsoft Store.

If you don't have another account on your system try creating a new local administrator account to sign in.
