Windows 10: Error with windows update 80070026

I just updated my windows antivirus. Now when I try to update I will receive an error 80070026. I don't know why?

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. I understand you're running in to an 80070026 error when trying to update your Lumia 710. When searching for this error I found information that points to an issue with Windows Update being responsible for
this error.



I located the following steps from

In this thread, multiple customers who have previously received this error were able to download and run the System Update Readiness Tool from
Fix Windows Update errors via DISM or System Update Readiness tool - Windows Server | Microsoft Learn, followed by trying to run the update again.



Another possible cause could be that the user profile used on your PC could have somehow become corrupted. There are a couple of different support pages for how to fix a corrupted user profile depending on the version of Windows installed on your PC. If
your version isn't listed below you should still be able to use the support page as the process should be similar, if not exactly the same.

• Windows 7 -

A final option would be to attempt the update using a different PC.

W7 phone update error codes 801812DC or 80070026

When updating my W7 phone for OS version 7.10.8112.7 I get the following update error codes 801812DC or 80070026 and the update fails. How can I fix this?
