Windows 10: Error "you'll need a new app to open this about" while trying to open app "Messenger for...

Every time I try to open installed app "Messenger for Desktop" I get the message "You'll need a new app to open this about" with "Look for an app in Microsoft Store" displayed upon opened app "Messenger for Desktop". I go to the app store and it says there is no app for this. Then,

• I tried to reset in Microsoft Store, but it can not help to solve the problem.
• I tried to install Messenger App from Microsoft Store, but it still can not help to solve the problem.

Even I can use app "Messenger for Destop" but it upset me everytime opening app. The other computer also uses this app without same problem.

How can I solve this problem for my computer?

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
