    Errors 0x8007002 and 0x80246007


    Hello.


    Windows Update is not working - and although I've read various articles online, they are so complex and tech 'savvy' that I can't follow them. If help is available, it will need to be simple to follow.


    I've been trying to correct Windows Update for over two weeks now - including using the virtual agent, to no avail. If I were to reset Windows 10 (i.e., download a 'new' Windows 10), will doing so correct my faulty Windows Update?

    everytime i download any app from windows app store it downloads successfully but do not get installed instead it gives an error 0x80246007..

    please help...!

    so I just bought a new laptop a few mths ago, now I'm having this error code 0x8007002 show up in my windows app store under updates....any thoughts?
