Windows 10: Errors 0x8007232B license and 0xc0020036 showing when downloading microsoft store appx

Hello, I need help with the errors you can see in the title. 0x8007232B ; 0xc0020036.

Shortly how this all started: I saw most of the Microsoft apps show a download bar under them and is not allowing me to open any of them. Looked for a tutorial fix and tried reinstalling all the apps using PowerShell, it worked for all apps except Microsoft store, calendar, and mail showed some errors in the PowerShell. After that I looked for more tutorials and tried to reinstall the Microsoft Store through PowerShell, I uninstalled the Microsoft store and when I tried to install it back, it showed errors every time I tried to install it. I found a new Microsoft store installation tutorial by installing the Framework, Runtime, VCLibs, and Windows store bundle appx files. I left them installing, after a while it showed the error 0xc0020036, I looked for a fix and there was a tutorial on one website, it said that I need to reenter my license key, I misunderstood the tutorial and entered a brand new license key which I found in google. After that, I got the error 0x8007232B and it says "Windows is not activated". Is it possible to fix this?

On Domain environment recently upgraded Windows 8.1 Pro with Windows Update Server but Windows 10 Pro unable to activate.
However i click on manual activation button but nothing happens.

I also call and talk with Microsoft representative he told me that we have volume license keys and you are not allowed to upgrade to windows 10.
It is very strange situation.
I had upgraded to Windows 10 by two methods one was downloaded Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and installed second method was patch with Microsoft Windows Update Server.
On Second method Windows 10 was not activated however from first method activated successfully both have Volume License Key.

I do not understand both machine (Activated & Non Activated) have Volume License but Activated one was that who was upgrade through Microsoft tool.

Seems like that would install the Store app if it was completely removed. What do you think?
