Windows 10: Errors after changing the HDD and installing windows 10

Hi every one I hope you can help me,


I had to change mi hard disk drive because the one I had got damaged, so I went to best buy and they did it for me, they also installed the OS (Windows 10), after that I was able to use my computer normally.


After two weeks problems started to appear when I was watching videos in youtube and Netflix, the problem was that my laptotp freezed and started to make weird noises from the speakers (I have to force a shutdown and turn it on again to keep using it ever since). After two or three times that this happened the first blue screen error apeared: DPC Watchod Violation, I searched the web for solutions and ended up updating all drivers, but it didn't stop the problems, after doing that later my computer freezed again but now another blue screen error appeared: Driver power state failure, I did the same, searched the web and did what i found but my computer just didn't stop freezing every once in a while (once a day or more) specially when I play Minecraft pocket edition on it.


I have no idea what can I do, hope you can give me some advice

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

HDD was unreadable
causing the error message to appear. We recommend that you perform these troubleshooting steps and check if there are any changes:

  PC.
  
• 
  Reconnect
  your
  HDD
  and
  restart
  your
  PC.
