Windows 10: errors sending emails windows 10

This is a very frustrating problem I have picked up. When I go to type or send an email I get this error message flashing at the top of the email. It becomes impossible to send. There are times when the problem disappears and I can send without hinderance. I have noticed that when I have problems sending if I type in the recipients address it only prints in grey. When that happens I know I can expect trouble.

Problems sending emails now with Windows 10


Windows 10 was installed on Friday. Since then, I have experienced problems with sending emails - while some go out with no problems, two minutes later with others I get an error message to say that it cannot connect to the internet. There is no problem with receiving emails so I cannot work out why this is happening. Does anyone have any suggestions?

 

Cannot send emails in Outlook 2013 Windows 10

Try the following steps and check if it helps:

Step 1:

As your email are stuck in Outbox folder, try to move it or delete it and then try sending emails and verify the result.

If the issue persists then follow the below step.

Step 2:

I suggest you to start Outlook in safe mode following the below mentioned instructions and see if it helps:

1. Hold Windows key +
R.

2. Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press
Enter:

Outlook /safe


Note: There is space between Outlook and /

If Outlook safe works, disable the add-ins and check.
