Windows 10: Errors While Updating Windows 10

I just recently (yesterday) upgraded both my motherboard and cpu. Before the upgrade, I was unable to update Windows 10 for over a year. It always gave different errors. (so note that my version is 1607). Now, when I update, I either get the error code 0x8007007e OR I get a BSOD memory management stop code. I bought new ram for the computer last night, it is brand new and shouldn't have problems. I ran the memory diagnostic and it said hardware error detected. Also, I tried manually downloading the update. but got the same BSOD.

Hello, I am trying to update from Windows 8 to Windows 10 directly from notifications but I am getting this error after the setup is completed. I am getting this error after: C1900101-30018 Error
