Windows 10: ESENT error in event log

Can someone please explain the following event log error

Error ESENT Event ID 413 Logging/Recovery

I was getting over 50 ESENT errors in the event viewer after each reboot. I tried SFC /SCANNOW, DISM, CHKDSK /R. It did not work.........................

I then created a new profile, rebooted and logged in with the new profile. The ESENT errors are now gone. The system runs smooth. Many other errors that event viewer was listing are also gone now.
The old profile was corrupt. The new profile works great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Error ESENT Event ID 413 Logging/Recovery

this last attempt seems to have gotten rid of all the ESENT errors on my machine. looks like - on my machine at least - during the upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10, the ACL list for the windows directory got corrupted, resulting in the access denied
errors. following the instructions carefully from the TechNet post;

50 errors in event logs on each boot (Esent ID 413 & 488)

• download SUBINACL
• Run the following script (further instructions: open a blank notepad, copy the script code from below, and the then save as the file and select all file types. and then name the file resetacl.bat)

3. run admin powershell prompt and paste in the following command

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

if it workslike it did on my machine there will be a whole bunch of modified files in the scripts final results, but no errors. and the powershell command should run
and not display any red text in the powershell window, indicating all operations were successful
