    ESENT eventid 642 errors are back after patch tuesday?


    After initially having installed w10 2004 a while back mid-august people incl. myself, had issues with ESENT warning events in their eventviewer.


    I too experienced this, but it was mostly solved when you remove the windows.old folder with a system cleanup.


    Now microsoft stated beginning of august, that the ESENT thing, is a known bug and would be fixed.


    This patch was supposed to fix that and yet where i used to have 3 ESENT errors during bootup of windows, i now have dozens of them since the latest KB patch which is KB4571756.



    And no a clean install produces the EXACT SAME PROBLEM.

    Im so tired of failed patch after patch released by microsoft.
    Either stop with windows 10 or do proper Q&A.
