Windows 10: Ethernet 2 Does Not Have a Valid IP Configuration

Hi everyone, I recently built a new gaming computer and I’ve been having some networking issues. I have an Asrock B550 Extreme4 motherboard, a Ryzen 7 3700X processor, 16 gigabytes of trident gskill 3600 MHz RAM, and a RTX 2070 super although I’m not sure that information is relevant to the situation I figured I’d tell you anyway. I am also running the most up to date version of windows 10.!When I launch my computer it says I’m connected it to an unidentifiable network. When I run the trouble shooter it tells me that it reset the network adapter and that it corrected Ethernet 2 IP configuration. Unfortunately, although it works after that, upon a restart the problem comes back. I’ve tried running network commands as admin, resetting all network settings, and even uninstalling the network devices. None of these have corrected my problem. I didn’t have this issue on my last system where I had a cheap WIFI card, but since I’m hardwired I figured it wouldn’t matter if I have a WiFi card especially considering my MOBO doesn’t have an antenna.

Hoping someone might have a fix I haven’t tried, if there’s any important information I forgot, please let me know and I’ll provide it. Thanks!
