Windows 10: Ethernet connection lost on windows10 pro

Hi,


I'm having troubles with my ethernet connection on my PC. I recently bought it and I have 2 disks : 1 classic SATA and 1 ssd nvme.

I installed on the ssd nvme windows 10 pro and all the stuff I need to work , especially VirtualBox and Vagrant. At that time everything worked fine.

Then, the day after, while switching on my PC, the ethernet connection was stuck on "identifying..." and my computer is terribly slow.


I reinstalled everyting not less than 5 times, and tried different things to understand what happened but I don' t have any clue.


My last test was to format both disks, and only declare and install windows 10 pro on the SATA disk, and it worked fine for 4 days !


But yesterday, I went back on Configuration Panel / Computer Management / Disk Management and declare again the ssd nvme disk without installing anything on it. It was just another disk available, and my ethernet connection worked fine.


But today, while I switched on my PC , the ethernet connection was gone again. So I thought, maybe it's that ssd nvme card which doesn't work well and I tried to delete again the ss nvme disk to try to get back the connection, but it didn't work.


It seems that once the ssd nvme is available on windows 10 pro, after a reboot, the ethernet connection is corrupted.



Is there an existing bug with windows 10 pro and virtualization and ssd nvme ? Does anyone has any clue ?


One thing, I noticed is that I can ping ips but not domain names.

Completely lost internet connection


So I randomly lost all internet connection on my desktop PC through Ethernet and WiFi. All other devices work on the network except for the PC. I have tried all steps I’ve found through google to fix it but it hasn’t worked. I honestly have no clue what to do.

PC SPECS:
Intel i5 6500
Gtx 1060
Msi b150m gaming pro mobo

 

IP configuration not valid - interference from ethernet adapter?

Solution 1: No Internet Access In Windows 8.1or Windows 10

Step 1:

Go to Device Manager → Network adapters.
Step 2:

Expand it (Network adapters).


Step 3:

Select your network adapter


Step 4:

Right click on your wireless network adapter or Ethernet adapter and then tap “Update Driver Software”.
(in this case your network adopter is Ethernet adopter so tap your Ethernet adapter)
Step 5:

Now on a new window you will need to click on “Browse my computer for driver software”.




Step 6:

Then select “Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer”.



Step 7:

Now choose the “Manufacturer’s drivers” from the list of two and then click next.



Step 8:

After the completion of the process just restart your PC and check if the problem is solved or not. If not, goto solution 2.



Solution 2: No Internet Access In Windows 8.1,windows10

Step 1:

Open command prompt.
Step 2:

Just go on hitting the enter after typing the each command.
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
Step 3:

Now to check if the settings are disabled type:
netsh int tcp show global
then hit enter.
Step 4:

Now the thing left is just rebooting your system and just check if the problem is solved or not and just give feedback.*chuckle*Thumbs

 

How to delete an ethernet connection?

Just as title says. I have some old ethernet connections in my list, and I would like to delete it to clean.

Any suggestion?
