Windows 10: " 'Ethernet' doesn't have a valid IP configuration" PLEASE HELP NOTHING HAS WORKED - Tier 1...

Hello all,


Thanks in advance for any help, I am really in a pickle here. So I just moved my PC from my old house to my new house. When it was at my old house, no issues at all. Anyways, i hooked everything up, and notice the yellow exclamation picture over my internet symbol at the bottom right of the screen. There is no modem in my house, we just have the Ethernet plug in the wall, i have a splitter running to the wall and then i have my PC, Google WiFi, and Alarm system connected to the splitter. My WiFi and alarm work fine so its not the internet and i know its not the splitter because i tried plugging in the PC directly to the wall and still no luck. I have gone through tier 1 of Microsoft tech support with no success. I would really like to fix this asap and dont want to wait 48 hours for tier 2 to call me back as i will be flying out of town. (Any UFC fans here know where I'm headed). Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. I think it has something to do with the DHCP
