Windows 10: Ethernet doesn’t have a valid IP configuration

Hello,


My name is Devon and I've had this PC for approx 2 months and its been working great. I use an ethernet cable and it was working fine and now it wont.


Here are a list of things I have tried

• Restarting the router
• Restarting my pc
• Restarting the TP-Link
• Updating drivers
• netsh winsock reset / netsh int ip reset
• I tried ipconfig /release but then it wouldnt let me /renew so I just restarted the pc to get it back
• Put my IP address and DNS address into IP4 properties
• Turned off fast set up
• Turned off firewalls
  
  Im not sure what will work at this point, i've tried using the microsoft contact us (as before I used it for a different issue and there was a chat and they could control my mouse) but I can't seem to find this option anymore. Any help would be great, im really running out of options.
