Windows 10: "Ethernet" doesn't have a valid IP configuration

So today my PC was acting up with connecting to my modem, it's using ethernet of course and I was using the Google DNS settings for the adapters properties but I removed them to see if that would fix it and well to no avail it just made it worse, I can't get it past this point for some reason.



What I've tried:

Reinstalling the Network drivers for my motherboard.

Network reset

The Image below etc.

But I just can't get it to work? I'm currently using my PC's Wifi adapter, thank god it has one, but both my ethernet ports basically do the same thing now. :/ I have no clue what else to do.
