Windows 10: Ethernet stuck on Unidentified Network

I have been stuck on this issue for two days. My Ethernet cable is plugged into a Devolo adapter which is connected to the modem downstairs. Two days ago my Ethernet has been saying Unidentified network and says that i have a invalid IP configuration as shown below.

I have been stuck on this issue for two days. My Ethernet cable is plugged into a Devolo adapter which is connected to the modem downstairs. Two days ago my Ethernet has been saying Unidentified network and says that i have a invalid IP configuration as

I have tried many solutions and none have worked, would really appreciate some help.

Ethernet settings, Unidentified network, no Internet

Changed some network names and SSID settings to a router. Had 4 PC's downstairs coming off of a switch box. Each fed into an ethernet adaptor. Worked fine.

Now the ethernet setting shows Unidentified Network, and speeds are like wifi speeds. Not obvious whats up.
