Windows 10: Evaluate function to get data from Google Docs

Discus and support Evaluate function to get data from Google Docs in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Pulling data from Google docs. Column A2 visually has number 360 but the address of the cell is something like this:... Discussion in 'Windows 10 Customization' started by DennisKloehr, Oct 20, 2018.

  1. Evaluate function to get data from Google Docs

    Pulling data from Google docs.

Column A2 visually has number 360 but the address of the cell is something like this: =IFERROR(__xludf.DUMMYFUNCTION("""COMPUTED_VALUE"""),"360")

If I go to B2 and enter the formula =VALUE(A2) I get a number 360 which is actually a sting value.

My question is, when I use the following in VBA:

    myvar=Evaluate(worksheets("test").Cells(2,1)

    I get error "Type mismatch"

What is the workaround here. Excel 10 on Windows 10.

    Thanks.

    :)

  2. Incopatability with Google Docs

    Hi Ba,

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community.

I am sorry to know that Google Docs print option not working as expected.

Try with a different browser and check if it works.

It could be a browser or browser's settings issue.

I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

    • In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.

    • Click on Hardware and Sound.

    • Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.
Hope this helps in resolving the issue. If the issue persists, do get back to us. We will be happy to assist you.

  3. Google Docs

    Hello

First post, and an N97 Mini owner for two weeks. Love the phone, and no problems (yet?). Had a 6600 Slide before, and missed the S60 Smartphone features from the 6120 that I had before that.

I use Google Docs a lot, and I use my phone to make notes in Google Notebook to upload into Docs. I've found QuickOffice and Mobisysems OfficeSuite, which create, edit and view MS Office docs. I'd like to be able to dow/upload documents from my Google Docs
    account.

Mobisysems OfficeSuite does exactly that. I can download existing docs from my Google account and edit them, then upload them back into my Docs space.Trouble is, theres a real lag between typing and the words appearing on screen.

Quickoffice is much smoother and easier to use, but hasn't the Google Docs interface.

Has anyone any ideas on how to access Google Docs on the move?

    Thanks!

Evaluate function to get data from Google Docs

    Google Docs

You should be able to access Google docs in your phone browser. If you use Opera, it gives you a quite decent interface for Google docs.
