Windows 10: Event 10016, DistributedCOM error freezing my pc

Hey My PC has been freezing up for a few secound randomly for a few month now an it seems to be cuased by this error everytime i've checked event viewer. This is a new PC bought by IBUYPOWER around black friday. I had mostly ingnored this issue as it wasnt cuasing me much propble, but its been happening more an more of late, an has even started to crash my games. I think it might be cuase by the spare hard drive i added to it from my old pc.

I hope this is enough info to help, i'm not super pc savy when it comes to messing with my pcs code or registery or anything like that.

DistributedCom 10016 permissions event error


This is Dec 13 a.m. repeat series. The events from previous days in Dec. are now not listed in the Event viewer. This event is recorded at start up , repeats itself and then is not active for the rest of the day.

What implications would that be ?
It's easy enough to fix if you follow the steps correctly:

Windows 10 Event ID 10010 and 10016 Errors With DistributedCOM

No need to wait and hold your breath. MS can't be bothered with errors that appear to be random or caused by third party software really.
