Windows 10: Event 455 Error -1023 0xfffffc01 occurred while opening logfile EDB.log

In Event Viewer -> Application, I can this error event 455 quite often


svchost 42412,R,98 TILEREPOSITORYS-1-5-18: Error -1023 0xfffffc01 occurred while opening logfile C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\EDB.log.


How do I fix this?

How to fix event ID: 455 Error -1023 (0xfffffc01) occurred while opening logfile

My computer will freeze up throughout the day and sound screams at me through the speakers. This usually occurs while I am playing video games. I've looked in the event viewer and this is the msg I am getting at the time of freezing:

svchost (10280,R,98) TILEREPOSITORYS-1-5-18: Error -1023 (0xfffffc01) occurred while opening logfile C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\EDB.log.

I have gone to the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local but there is no TileDataLayer, Database or EDB log.

I've specifically searched EDB in the C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local file and have found {AADB8CC8-CBE8-492A-8301-EDBCBDEDD32C}.checkpoint. The security is set to allow everything but special permissions and the computer won't let
me change it to allow.

This is getting very frustrating as I have been trying to fix this for a week now. Anything helps, thanks

Within the next 24 hours, 32 events with Event ID 455, from the Source ESENT, were recorded in the Application log, with the message:svchost (xxxxx,R,98) TILEREPOSITORYS-1-5-18: Error -1023 (0xfffffc01) occurred while opening logfile C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\EDB.log.
Any ideas?​​​​
