Windows 10: Event ID 10016 - ShadowPlay Server problem.

Hi,i know there was discuted about Event ID 10016 but what happen on my PC is complety different i think,i tried my self to fix these errors but without succes.

So i reinstalled Windows 10 Pro x64 in 14th December,everything is fine with OS,but this error is annoying me,my event viewer is full of event id 10016,i attached an screenshot.




Here is the description:
The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {5DC4F9AD-3A2B-4DF4-AC39-3FF5A19FCF4C} and APPID {CE79BC8B-2980-4CA9-9570-6E0BF5B93BF2} to the user -PC\Marius SID (S-1-5-21-4283616343-1135548071-467580277-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool."

CLSID/APPID was "Shadowplay Server" on both entries (Registry).
So i tried to give security permision to "Shadowplay Server" but without results the error still appear.
