Windows 10: Event ID 1003 Question

I noticed I started getting this error at bootup and randomly afterwards,

Your computer was not able to renew its address from the network (from the DHCP Server) for the Network Card with network address 0x309C23B4E7ED. The following error occurred: 0x79. Your computer will continue to try and obtain an address on its own from the network address (DHCP) server.

I'm not noticing my connection dropping or anything, just curious if I should ignore this or do something?

DBUpdate.exe error

DBUpdate is associated with the application "Dropbox" if you are getting Event ID 0 in your information section of the Event Viewer and Event ID 1003 DHCP-Client under the warnings section at the same time you have Dropbox services disabled on startup.
Either restart the services or remove the program from your client. It solved the issue of Event ID 1003 for me after doing all of the steps listed for 1003.

computer failed to boot - disk error event id 153 + 98


Hi, suggest you try Hard Disk Sentinel (trial) - gives a great quick analysis (SSDs too).

Please post the results.

Event ID 153:
This event may be an indication that the specified drive may be failing soon. This is especially true if the event is recorded regularly. The first step is to run the maintenance utilities related to hard drives, starting with CHKDSK and the utilities available from the manufacturer for that specific brand.
