Windows 10: Event ID #41

The event ID is 41 with this note " The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."



Since a couple of days ago my computer keeps restarting by itself. it happens after 20-30 minutes.

The thing is, it usually happens when I'm not using it.

I'm working with a computer for about an hour or two and everything is fine but as soon as I don't touch anything it will reset!

I changed the power option, disabled startup, removed the last windows update but none of them worked for me.



I have Windows 10

MB: GIGABYTE H370 AORUS Gaming 3 WiFi

CPU: i7 i7 9700kRam G.SKILL Aegis 8GB X2

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).
