Windows 10: Event ID: 4101 Display driver amdwddmg stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

While playing, my screen would freeze for few seconds, goes black then turns back on with the game crashed, and an error message from AMD saying an error occurred.I tried re-installing drivers, changing it from recommended to pro version, getting another graphics card, using an app to install drivers for me, editing regediter, using a fresh window 10 install and doing all of those stuff again on the new install. Everything is up to date!!!!!!I use the RX 550 4gb graphics card, hope you can help! Just to make sure you saw this right; I am 100% sure everything is up to date..sadly my minidump

Having the same exact issue in bf1, second monitor goes dark then game freezes.

Since upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I have been having an issue with my PC freezing. The specific symptom I am seeing in that the monitor goes dark, and briefly says "No signal". I then have to do a hard reset of my PC to reset - there is no
response from using the keyboard or mouse. Here are the things I've tried so far:

• Checked cables
• Did a fresh install of Windows 10, removing all previous apps/data
• Checked video driver. There was a newer version on NVIDIA's web site dated 8/6/2015, so I upgraded to that (using GeForce GTX 760).

At this point, the issue still continues. I have checked the Windows event viewer, and notice a large number of events like the following: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered. Event ID 4101.

I'm not too sure what else to check from here. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem and have been pulling my hair out for past week and a half since building a new system.

Reinstalled windows 10 multiple times, replaced drivers multiple times, had GTX 1080 checked out, had PSU Corsair 1000watt checked out, had memory checked out and just cannot seen to get rid of Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully
recovered Event ID 4101.

Been through and tried heaps of online suggestions.
