Windows 10: Event ID 86, event ID 13, event ID 7000, event ID 8193, event ID 10005

Hello,It's a couple of months I have this problem I think it startet around half of may after a windows update.It's not very frequent but it all starte while playing Escape from Tarkov.Basically my pc froze and I had to force restart by pressing the power button.After I restarted, on the event viewer appeared an error ID 86 volmgr something something I don't remember.I started reading a LOT of posts and fixes but I had not luck in reapiring this issue as its cause it's unknown.Every time I read about someone who successfully solved the issue everytime with a different fix. I tryied litterall

Event ID 7000

Dear Team,



We're using windows 10 enterprise edition 64bit but often getting bluescreen also unexpected restart without any reason.

We have tried to restage the machine but still the same error message. We have check Event viewer logs in the computer we found around 102890 within one hour Event ID : 7000 and Event ID: 26.



Event ID 7000 error code



The Blocki service failed to start due to the following error:


Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.



Event ID 26 error code



The description for Event ID 26 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on
the local computer.



If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.



The following information was included with the event:



\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Blocki.sys failed to load



If you have any solution for this issue please could you share with us to resolve the problem ASAP.







the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table

Event ID 8193

Hi Team,

Getting the following error with the event ID 8193 on my Windows 2019 during the back-up - Can you please help.

Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine RegOpenKeyExW(-****,SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VSS\Diag,...). hr = 0x80070005, Access is denied.

BSOD Event ID 10016 ShellServiceHost and event 7000 !!!

Not sure if it will help your BSOD, but the following should stop the Event ID 7000 and if I remember correctly the Event ID 10016.

Open Command Prompt as Admin
sc config CldFlt start= disabled
