    After the 1903 update my system had started to exhibit increasingly unstable behavior with periodic episodes of becoming totally unresponsive and requiring a forced reboot. During this period, these episodes seem to have coincided with Event ID 10016 and Event ID 10010. Yesterday, my computer become unable to reboot - going to a black screen after the initial boot process - and necessitating a complete reinstallation of Windows 10. I am now still getting event ID 10016, now accompanied by 1014 and 7023. How can I get these errors to stop, as they also seem to be affecting the performance of the computer, causing frequent lag.

    Event ID 1014 does not interrupt your Wi-Fi connection. It is telling you your internet connection has timed out!
