Windows 10: Event log: what does 'Level' and 'Opcode' mean?

Where can I find information about 'Level' and 'Opcode' shown under 'Details' of an event.
See below example.
How many levels and opcodes are there? What do they mean?

Every minute my screen flicker and the file explorer suddenly close.

The event happens every minute. As I open the event log viewer of my laptop (dell inspiron n5110) the following event characteristics is logged every minute. May I know what is happening? The file explorer always close.

Blue Screen Kernal-Power

Hello,

I continue to get a blue screen at least once a day due to a kernel-power.

The following details are provided by the event viewer:

Event ID: 41

Level: Critical

User: SYSTEM

OpCode: Info

Task Category: (63)

I've reinstalled windows twice now, and continue to get the same blue screen.

I've also updated all network and video drivers.
